Although probably best known as an expert in the Out of Town Retail market, Nikki has a vast range of expertise and experience in many other areas of the commercial and residential markets. From building and leading teams and businesses through corporate mergers and acquisitions to converting Listed cowsheds into boutique residential units, Nikki has a tremendous eye for detail and the resourceful determination to achieve the best results possible.

I wanted to do something that could utilise all my skills, experience and expertise both in real estate and in business generally. Life is a constant juggle of time and resources. After over 25 years working in a growing and dynamic corporate real estate business I have acquired real experience and understanding of the diversity of the real estate sector and the practicalities of developing, running and operating a business. The diversity of my clients and the work I have carried out on their behalf has provided me with 25 years of experience of problem solving in order to optimise results and performance.
